- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and labor laws
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Handle employee relations issues and address any concerns or conflicts that may arise
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Assist with performance management and evaluations
- Participate in workplace investigations as needed
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
